This job at Hopkins Square focused on the undercanopy ceiling and pylon sign repainting. The goal was straightforward—clean up the existing surfaces, seal them properly, and apply a durable finish that makes the whole plaza look better maintained.
We started with spot priming any bare or worn areas using Loxon C&M Primer. From there, we applied two full top coats of Loxon XP to both the undercanopy and the two pylon signs out front. These products are built to last and ideal for high-traffic commercial spaces like this.
The undercanopy had some weathering and sun fade, but after the repaint, it looked bright, even, and clean. It’s a subtle upgrade that improves the overall feel of the space without disrupting businesses or foot traffic.
The pylon signs were treated with the same process—prime where needed, then two coats of finish for full, consistent coverage. Now they stand out for the right reasons.
This kind of work keeps properties looking fresh and well-managed, which matters to both tenants and customers. No shortcuts—just solid prep and paint that holds up.
