This project was at Orchard Park Plaza, focusing on the window trim at both the HealthNow NY and M&T Bank buildings. The wood was in rough shape—some rotted sections, some flaking paint, and all of it overdue for maintenance.
We started by replacing sections of rotted wood and filling damaged areas with bondo wood filler. Once repaired and sanded smooth, we primed everything using exterior-grade latex wood primer to lock it down and seal it right.
After the primer cured, we followed with two full coats of SuperPaint for a strong, even finish. The trim now looks clean and blends seamlessly with the surrounding brick and windows—just how it should.
This wasn’t a massive job, but it’s the kind that makes a big visual difference. Neglected trim sticks out, especially on buildings that see daily customer traffic. Taking the time to prep and repaint it properly adds life to the building and keeps everything looking professional.
Whether it's full replacements or small touch-ups, we treat the details like they matter—because they do.
