This one was all about refreshing the storefronts at Maple Forest Plaza. We painted the entire run from Tito’s Tavern to M&T Bank—cleaning up the look and tying the plaza together visually. It’s a busy area with a lot of foot traffic, so keeping the exterior sharp goes a long way.
The existing paint was faded and patchy in spots. We prepped the surfaces and laid down fresh coats to bring the storefronts back to life. It’s subtle, but now everything looks more uniform and intentional—like someone’s paying attention to the property.
We worked around open businesses and active storefronts, so timing and clean execution mattered. No mess, no overspray—just straightforward work that didn’t disrupt anyone’s day.
This kind of maintenance keeps commercial spaces looking sharp and inviting. It’s not just about curb appeal—it shows pride in the property and gives tenants a cleaner space to do business.
Whether it’s a full plaza or just one storefront, we get in, get it done, and leave it better than we found it.
