This job was at Uni Uni—a clean CMU infill project, inside and out. Not every job needs to be complicated. Sometimes it’s just about doing the prep right, getting clean coverage, and leaving a space looking sharp and consistent.
We started by block-filling all the new CMU blocks to seal everything up and give a solid base. On the interior, we applied two coats of finish paint to the block walls. Simple color, solid finish—exactly what the space needed.
Outside, the client wanted a bit more polish. We used a three-color scheme for the exterior CMU—kept it tight and professional, but gave it some dimension. Two coats of finish paint all around to make sure it holds up and looks clean from a distance.
This is one of those projects where quality control makes all the difference. The prep, the coverage, the line work—no shortcuts. The end result is a sharp, commercial-grade finish that matches the rest of the building and looks like it’s always been there.
Exterior or interior, new block or old, it’s all about making it look intentional and built to last. That’s what we do.
