This repaint project was at Tops Plaza on Transit Road in Amherst, focused on the full 476-foot commercial storefront facade. The surface had visible wear, bare brick patches, and a mix of tones that made the space feel dated. The goal was to reset it with a consistent, long-lasting finish.
We started by covering and protecting the sidewalk and any areas not being painted. Once prepped, we scraped and spot primed all exposed areas with Loxon C&M Primer—a reliable base coat for masonry. From there, we applied two solid coats of Loxon XP to the entire facade.
The result: a fresh, uniform finish that completely changed the feel of the space. It’s not just paint—it’s about presenting a maintained, active plaza that looks as good as the businesses inside.
Jobs like this are all about consistency, prep, and product choice. That’s what makes it last and look good doing it.
